Award for promoting of cultural heritage given by The institute of art studies - BAS

 

 Logo-new-colour_SITEThe institute of art studies - BAS gives the award for promoting of cultural heritage at the 12th World festival of Animated Film, Varna 2016.

The award is for contribution to the artistic interpretations of traditions and values of Bulgarian and world cultural heritage and is aimed to encourage new animation projects that interpret in a modern way the achievements in literature, arts, music, theatre, cinema and architecture.

The history of the Institute of art studies - BAS dates back to 1947. Today the institute is the only specialized scientific institution in Bulgaria for development of studies in the field of antique, medieval, renaissance and modern art, music, theatre, cinema and architecture.
